How far in advance should I book household relocation?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days before your moving date. During peak seasons (summer and year-end), 1-2 weeks advance booking is advised.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. We supply all necessary packing materials including boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, markers, and furniture covers. The cost is included in the estimate.
Is my household goods insurance included?
Yes. Basic transit insurance is included in all household moves. We also offer enhanced coverage for high-value items such as electronics and antiques.
Do you handle fragile items like glassware and electronics?
Yes. Fragile items are individually wrapped and packed in specially marked boxes. Electronics are packed with anti-static bubble wrap and transported with extra care.
What items cannot be transported?
We cannot transport hazardous materials including gas cylinders, paints, acids, fireworks, and perishable food items. Please check with us for any restricted items.
